Well I’m glad 2020 is finally is over! I didn’t get to celebrate Christmas with my family or New Year’s thanks to covid. On the sunny side of things, the bright spot in 2020 was definitely having beautiful Anna. She’s such a little spitfire and brings me more joy than I knew was possible. All is well in the world when she smiles ❤. Thank God for the best husband in the world who has been by my side through it all keeping me sane and the best Mom who encourages me. I also have the best family and friends that have been there for us, thank God for them as well!
God got us through 2020, the most challenging year of my life for a variety of reasons namely: pregnancy, labor, delivery, recovery, and learning to care for a beautiful little girl. I knew it would be hard but not this hard with so many random challenges. I have a new respect for Mom’s and Dad’s out there.
I’m (cautiously) looking forward to 2021 😆 to see what He has in store for this year! No matter what comes, we can choose to have hope, joy, and peace in the midst of turmoil and challenges because greater is He that is in us than He that is in the world. If I’ve learned anything this year it’s that there’s something to be thankful for and a sunny side in every situation.
The happiest New Year’s to you and I hope that it’s your best year yet!
Stay hopeful!
