Fourth of July is coming up and I’d like to encourage you to let your life sparkle! Not just for the Holiday but every day. God instructs us to encourage others around us to become all they can in Christ.
Matthew 5:16 – In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
I encourage you to look for ways to help others around you. Even a smile from you can turn someone’s day around. You never know what someone is going through. When you get the focus off yourself, you’ll see a world around you full of hurting people. We are called to be a light and hope to a dark world.
A Prayer For You
Lord, I pray that You would give us Your eyes to see and ears to hear of the people hurting around us. Give us the words to say and encourage them. Help us to be hope in hopeless situations. We pray that we will be a blessing to everyone we see. In Jesus name, Amen.
