Thank you Brenda! I really enjoyed reading about your post on finding what foods work best for you and keeping a food journal. I’m trying to get my husband and I eating better foods. I think I’ll give the food journal a shot! That way I can get a clear picture of what we are consuming and how it affects us. I know what we consume is crucial to our health currently and in the future. I want us to pass on healthy eating habits to our kids when we start a family.
